Ease Health in the United States is hiring a Billing Specialist to manage the revenue cycle for behavioral health clients across outpatient to inpatient settings, using a modern RCM platform built by our team.

You will own claim submission, authorizations, payment posting, AR follow-up, and ERA enrollments, while collaborating with customers to resolve missing information and drive smooth billing operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of behavioral health billing experience
• Strong familiarity with the revenue cycle: claims, authorizations, denials, payer follow-up across multiple levels of care
• Excellent communication with customers and ability to gather missing information
• Comfortable learning new software and adapting to evolving workflows

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day revenue cycle for assigned customers, ensuring claims are submitted on time
• Manage authorizations and track payer requirements across care levels
• Handle payment posting, ERA enrollments, and remittance workflows
• Drive AR follow-up, resolve denials and aging claims
• Communicate with customers to gather missing information and resolve issues
• Learn and provide feedback on the RCM system to improve the product
• Identify recurring billing issues and help build better processes
