Qualifications

• 3+ years of behavioral health billing experience.
• Deep familiarity with claims, authorizations, denials, and payer follow-up.
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and work autonomously.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail across multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage claim submission for customers, on time and complete.
• Track authorizations across payers and levels of care.
• Handle payment posting, reconciliations, ERA enrollments, remittance workflows.
• Work AR follow-up on denials, underpayments, aging claims.
• Communicate with customers to gather information and resolve billing issues.
• Learn our RCM system and suggest improvements.
• Spot recurring billing issues and help build preventive processes.
