Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Arizona City is seeking an Afternoon Hours Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism ages 1–21. You will implement interventions, collect data, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure consistent progress.

The position offers part-time and full-time options with weekly pay, health insurance, incentive programs, and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism.
• Strong communication with families and team.
• Criminal background check required.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, and throughout. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

This role is only for afternoon hours
