Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona in Goodyear, AZ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism ages 1-21. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $18 to $28, with both part-time and full-time positions currently open.

You will collect data, work under supervision, and coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of treatment. A valid RBT certification and driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Experience with children/adolescents with autism.
• Excellent communication with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check and be open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions in natural home environments.
• Collect data, analyze, and prepare for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to maintain consistency.
