Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for afternoon hours to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. The role offers a pay range of $18–$28 per hour, with both part-time and full-time positions available and weekly pay.

In this role, you will deliver ABA interventions in natural environments, collect data, and coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of services. A valid RBT certification and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, and throughout. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21.
