Job summary

Alpaca Health in Texas seeks RBTs to work one-on-one with children in homes, schools and daycares. You’ll implement BCBA-guided plans, collect data, and build strong relationships as kids grow. You will receive direct mentorship from a BCBA and can choose full-time or part-time hours anchored to client needs.

Active RBT certification is preferred, but we’ll help you pursue it. Reliable transport to client sites and availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is preferred.
• Dependable and able to work with kids.
• Willing to pursue BCBA if desired.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data under BCBA guidance.
• Collaborate with BCBA mentors to follow individualized plans.
• Help families by staying consistent and building relationships with clients.
