Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings, collect data, and support skill development across communication, social, and adaptive domains.

We value compassionate teamwork, ongoing training, and a family-centered approach. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's in psychology or related field is preferred, with RBT

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Must have valid Driver License.
• Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children with special needs is a plus.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• An eagerness to be part of a caring, team-oriented culture.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• RBT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress during each session.
• Monitor and report changes in client behavior and progress to the BCBA.
• Prepare progress reports and attend team meetings.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Collaborate with families and team members for skill generalization.
