Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Implement treatment plans, collect data, and support client progress across home, school, and community settings.

High school diploma required; a bachelor's in psychology or related field is preferred. RBT certification is a plus. Flexible hours and ongoing training are provided to support career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience implementing ABA programs or with children with special needs is a plus.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Monitor and report changes to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure skill generalization.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training.
