Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work in home, school, and community settings, collecting progress data and reinforcing targeted skills.

You will collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistent practice and meaningful progress for children with ASD. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, attending team meetings, and participating in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Valid Driver License required.
• RBT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Utilize positive reinforcement and other ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress during each session.
• Monitor and report changes in client behavior and progress to the supervising BCBA.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports and attend team meetings.
