Job summary

Sunrise ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings, collecting data and supporting skill development across communication, social, and adaptive domains. We value reliability, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth.

A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. RBT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children with special needs is a plus.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• A passion for working with children and helping them flourish is required.
• An eagerness to be part of a caring, team-oriented company culture.
• Reliable transportation is expected.
• Certified: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Utilize ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress during each session.
• Monitor and report changes in client behavior and progress to the BCBA.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and attend team meetings about client development.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Receive regular supervision from BCBA to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency across settings.
• Provide support and training to family members and caregivers as needed.
