Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA sessions in home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement tailored treatment plans, collect data on progress, and support skill development across communication, social, and adaptive domains.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver License required.
• Experience with ABA or children with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect and record client progress data during sessions.
• Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Monitor behavior changes and report progress to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency.
