Job summary

Sunrise ABA seeks an ABA support professional to implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will conduct one-on-one sessions in client homes, schools, and community settings, using ABA techniques to promote skill development and behavior change.

You will accurately collect and record progress data, monitor changes, and contribute to progress reports. A strong team focus and ongoing professional development are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Record data on client progress accurately during sessions.
• Monitor and report client behavior changes to the BCBA.
