Job summary

Sunrise ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with clients in home, school, and community settings to deliver therapy sessions and collect progress data.

The role focuses on developing communication, social, and adaptive skills while collaborating with families and team members. Valid driver license is required and RBT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Must have valid Driver License.
• RBT certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Use ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduce undesired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Monitor changes in client behavior and progress and report to BCBA.
