Job summary

Tellos is seeking compassionate individuals to work as RBTs providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. You will be guided by a BCBA and support children in communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Experience with children is valued; training is provided, with pathways to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Must be able to travel to client locations and pass screenings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably with special needs.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification with Tellos' training.
• Able to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and life skills.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior-support strategies.
• Collect and document client data and progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and care team.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Celebrate progress and help children reach meaningful goals.
