Tellos, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on enhancing clients' skills and quality of life in home settings.

You will collect data, participate in assessments, provide 1:1 therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and engage in ongoing training. A compassionate, patient approach and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve lives.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.
