Job summary

Tellos is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes, collect progress data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients’ skill development and quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, have 6+ months of relevant experience with autism or developmental disabilities, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or Behavior Technician preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy in home settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethical guidelines.
