Job summary

Tellos, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect data, support skill growth, and contribute to a compassionate, outcomes‑oriented team. The position requires RBT certification or strong candidacy, plus at least 6 months’ experience with autism or developmental disabilities, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred or strong candidacy.
• Minimum 6 months experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with assessments and skill development in home settings.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients at home.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethical guidelines.
