Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

You will deliver 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting and collect progress data to guide ongoing interventions. Ideal candidates have an RBT certification or strong preference for one, at least 6 months experience with autism or related developmental disabilities, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve the lives of clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the BACB
