Job summary

Tellos is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision, delivering 1:1 therapy in clients' homes and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants should have 6 months of autism or developmental disability experience, an RBT certification or BCBA supervision, and a valid driver’s license for travel to client homes. Background checks required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or BCBA supervision background preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.
