Job summary

Tellos, Inc. seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on helping clients acquire essential skills and improve quality of life in home settings.

You will collect data on progress, assist with assessments, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, effective care. A background check and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve lives.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.
