Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will contribute to improving clients’ skills and quality of life in a home setting.

The role requires a valid RBT or Behavior Technician credential where possible, at least 6 months of experience with autism or developmental disabilities, and a reliable vehicle for travel. A compassionate, patient approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Certification: RBT Certification or Behavior Technician preferred.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Reliability with transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a home setting.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain client confidentiality per BACB guidelines.
