Behavioral Innovations – Burleson Treatment Center is hiring entry-level Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear career path are offered. Roles involve 1:1 therapy, data collection, and teamwork.

Hours are 8am–6pm on weekdays with occasional Saturdays; full-time preferred. Competitive hourly pay grows with RBT certification, from $15 to $21+ per hour, plus benefits as you

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Background check and child abuse registry clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
