Job summary

Behavioral Innovations in Midlothian, TX is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians / RBTs for clinic-based ABA therapy with paid training. The role offers a clear career path, BCBA supervision, and progression from entry-level to RBT levels.

Schedule typically 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with potential Saturday half-days; full-time preferred, part-time roles require open availability within hours and ≥25 hrs/week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must successfully pass a background check, including child abuse registry and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
