Behavioral Innovations in Irving, TX is seeking entry-level Behavioral Technicians/RBTs for clinic-based ABA therapy with paid training and BCBA supervision. Roles involve 1:1 therapy with children, data collection, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must complete and pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
