Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is seeking entry-level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

Centers operate 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays; full-time preferred and part-time requires 25+ hrs/week availability. Responsibilities include 1:1 therapy, data collection, and implementing plans under supervision, with emphasis on

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must complete and successfully pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
