Acclimate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings. You will implement plans and collect data under BCBA supervision, contributing to client progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
