Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Indiana to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism in their homes. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement ABA interventions and track progress.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $18.00–$28.00, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team focused on high-quality care and clear communication with families. Prior experience with autism and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written); Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities of client.
