Succeed ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Indiana. You will work under supervision to deliver ABA interventions, collect data, and collaborate with families and program staff.

We offer a high hourly pay rate of $25.00-$28.00 per hour and a supportive team focused on growth, clear communication, and best practices. A valid driver's license and RBT certification are required, with experience working with ASD strongly

Qualificações

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Effective communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback, follow instructions, and work with families.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
• Comfortable working in a team or independently depending on program.

Responsabilidades

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural home environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities of the client.
