Job summary

Total Care ABA in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings across Indiana. Earn $20–$27 per hour with flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and growth.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy, implementing BCBA plans, and collecting client data. Ideal candidates hold RBT certification, BACB registration, and a HS diploma, with reliable local travel.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
