Succeed ABA Therapy in Indiana is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA interventions to children with autism. The role involves in-home 1:1 services, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

We offer supportive supervision, ongoing trainings, and a schedule that supports work-life balance. Candidates must have RBT certification, a valid driver's license, and passion for helping children develop essential skills.

Qualificações

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written); Spanish a plus
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
• Comfortable working in a team environment or independently

Responsabilidades

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of the client.
