Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Indiana seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism ages 1-21. We hire both entry-level and experienced therapists under BCBA supervision, with a supportive team and structured trainings.

We offer a high hourly pay rate ($18.00–$28.00 per hour), flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative, organized environment that values quality care and family guidance.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication. Spanish speaking a plus!
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
• Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on program

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.
