Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Indiana hires Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide primarily in-home 1:1 therapy to children with Autism ages 1-21, with supportive supervision and a high hourly pay rate of $18.00- $28.00 per hour.

As a therapist you will deliver ABA interventions, collect data, and coordinate with program staff, while sharing progress with parents and guardians and ensuring quality, compassionate care for families.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.
• Effective English communication; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
• Comfortable working in a team or independently depending on program.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities.
