Job summary

Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We offer a high hourly pay rate of $18.00- $28.00 per hour and a supportive team in Indiana.

As an RBT, you will work under supervision to implement ABA programs, collect data, and communicate with families to help clients develop life skills in home-based settings. A passion for helping children is essential.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; Spanish speaking a plus.
• Ability to work with coworkers, supervisors and families.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural home environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provide feedback to parents and guardians about daily activities.
