Job summary

Succeed ABA Indiana is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and experienced/entry-level therapists to support children with autism. We offer competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Effective communication in English, written and verbal; Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural/home environments.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare presentations.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure program consistency.
