Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play, vocational).
• Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform BCAs' decisions.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions and participate in ongoing trainings.
