Little Champs ABA in Utah/Syracuse is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a locally owned team. You’ll provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills that increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform BCBA decisions.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions and participate in ongoing trainings.
