Little Champs ABA in Colorado is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You will provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and community settings, and help learners gain life skills.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation needed to travel between settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills that increase independence (communication, daily living, social skills, etc.).
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Record accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform decisions by BCBAs.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in ongoing trainings.
