Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our caring, locally owned team in Utah. You will provide high-quality ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, and community settings under supervision, helping learners build communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Certified RBT required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to interact with individuals with disabilities and engage them.
• Willingness to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills and independence.
• Teach new communication and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect data and write session notes to inform BCAs decisions.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in trainings.
