Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (transcripts acceptable).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in settings including home, school, and community.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play, vocational skills).
• Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums; write detailed session notes to inform BCBA decisions.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.
