Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Utah (Heber) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. The RBTs will provide high-quality ABA therapy to clients across home, school, and community settings, under supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills such as communication, daily living, potty training, and social-emotional skills.
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform decisions by BCBAs.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training.
