Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Logan, Utah, is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. We emphasize caring for staff and provide supervision to support BCBA certification, with a locally owned, supportive work environment.

You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy in various settings, help clients gain life skills, and participate in ongoing trainings while earning $22–$32 per hour in full- or part-time roles.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in home, school, or community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play, vocational).
• Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes for BCBA decisions.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.
