Job summary

Little Champs ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our growing team in Utah. We provide supportive supervision, mentorship toward BCBA certification, and competitive wages for direct ABA therapy work in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT Certification (required).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to interact and engage with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills: communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play, vocational.
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect data and write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.
