Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our learning center. The RBT implements client treatment plans designed by BCBAs/BCaBAs, provides one-on-one therapy, and collects data on client behaviors to guide progress.

Expect travel to centers, homes or schools as needed, collaboration with supervising BCBAs, and commitment to confidentiality and professional development through our RBT Rise Program.

Qualifications

• Direct ABA experience or experience working with children.
• Must be BACB RBT certified or eligible and pass the certification exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings including centers, homes, and schools.
• Follow BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans to address goals.
• Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain professional confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
