Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will follow an individualized treatment plan and help clients build meaningful skills.

You will deliver services in various settings (home, school, clinic, or community), collect data, and participate in supervision and ongoing training to ensure high-quality care and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the schedule listed in the posting and perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in home, school, clinic, or community settings as assigned.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
