Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiringRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-person, in-home 1:1 ABA therapy with children ages 1–21. This role emphasizes data-driven interventions and close collaboration with supervisors to maintain high standards of care.

Pay ranges from $20 to $28 per hour with options for both part-time and full-time schedules; benefits include weekly pay, health insurance, incentives, and referral bonuses. Commitment to growth and supportive team environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required (BACB).
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
• Effective communication with coworkers, supervisors and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of the program.

Job Responsibilities
