Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated ABA therapists to provide in-home 1:1 services to children with Autism. You will implement ABA interventions, collect data, and collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure program fidelity.

The role is in-person in Arizona, with competitive pay, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team focused on high-quality care and professional development. Weekly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
