Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA interventions with children in their homes or community settings. This in-person role offers flexible scheduling as part- and full-time positions and pays $22-$31 per hour.

Training and supervision are provided to ensure high standards of care and professional development. Qualifications include RBT certification and a valid driver’s license, with prior experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Strong communication skills with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.

Job Responsibilities

• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Work Location: In person
