Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician in Fontana, CA to support children and adults with autism and related developmental differences in home and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients and receive guidance from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, recording data, and helping clients improve communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Plus one of the following: college coursework in relevant fields or at least one year of experience in a related role.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
• Plus one of the following:
  • College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field
• OR
  • At least one year of experience as a:
  • • Behavior Technician
    • ABA Therapist
    • Behavioral Interventionist
    • Paraprofessional
    • Child Development Professional
    • Camp Counselor
    • Similar child-focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
