Job summary

Budding Futures ABA Therapy in Beulah, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and help families through training.

We offer paid training, PTO, and both full-time and part-time positions, with competitive pay ranging from $24 to $30 per hour depending on experience and certification.

About The Role

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress

Qualifications

• Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
• Have experience working with children
• Possess reliable transportation
