Budding Futures ABA Therapy in Denver, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality in-home ABA therapy. You will work 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA and help implement individualized treatment plans.

The role requires experience with children, reliable transportation, and either current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided). We offer paid training, PTO, and both full-time and part-time positions.

About The Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress
• Supporting parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicating professionally with families and the clinical team

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress

Qualifications

• Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
• Have experience working with children
• Possess reliable transportation
